About — Dr Raza
Meet your
private GP,
for England.
Dr Raza is a fully qualified general practitioner with membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP, UK) and the GMC-recognised training that sits behind it.
I founded Dr Buccari because private general practice in England could be done more thoughtfully.
The practice
A short read about why Dr Buccari exists and how Dr Raza approaches medicine.
Dr Raza founded Dr Buccari because private general practice in England could be done more thoughtfully , with the time, continuity and discretion that good medicine has always required.
Dr Raza qualified with MBBS and BSc, then went on to complete MRCGP, the postgraduate qualification awarded by the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom. He has practised within the NHS since 2019, alongside eighteen months of clinical experience in the Republic of Ireland.
That breadth NHS general practice, Irish hospital and community medicine, and now private practice, shapes how he works: evidence-based, internationally informed, and grounded in the realities of British primary care.

How appointments work
Listen.
Examine.
Explain.
Every appointment at Dr Buccari begins the same way: with time. Dr Raza will listen properly, examine carefully, and explain what he has found in plain language.
Where treatment is needed, you will be offered the options including, often, the option to do less. Where onward referral makes sense, it is arranged quickly and to a specialist Dr Raza trusts.
